10 Mile Course

10 Mile Course Description

This year's NEW 10 Mile course will take runners through the closed streets on the north end of Elgin and onto the scenic Fox River Trail. 

All 10 Mile runners must be onto the Fox River Trail no later than 8:45am...this is an average pace of 15 min/mile.


* Timing splits will be positioned at 5k and 10k.

Aid Stations

There will be an aid station on Duncan & the Fox River Trail near the I-90 overpass. Runners will pass the aid station at mile markers 2.5, 5.5 and 8 miles. There will be water & Gatorade at each pass. Clif Gel will be available at mile 5.5.

5km Course Description

WALKERS WELCOME!

This year's NEW 5km course will take runners through the closed streets on the north end of Elgin and onto the scenic Fox River Trail. 


Runners AND Walkers will go north on Grove, east on River Bluff, north on Prospect, east on Congdon, north on Logan, west on River Bluff, south on Prospect, west on River Bluff, west on Slade, and south on the Fox River Trail before finishing near Grove & McBride.
